The site

The client required extensive land clearing and site preparation for new construction and future landscaping work. The area was heavily wooded and needed to be prepared for a building project and subsequent landscaping enhancements. The site initially featured overgrown vegetation, underbrush, and small trees. The terrain included rocky areas and required careful attention to drainage management.

What we did

The scope included initial land clearing, grading, drainage installation, and site preparation for landscaping. Heavy machinery was used to remove trees, underbrush, and debris from the site.

How it turned out

The site was successfully cleared and graded, with drainage solutions installed, effectively readying the area for new construction and landscaping work. It offers a clean, level foundation suitable for building projects.
