What we did

The homeowner wanted to improve access through the backyard while creating more usable outdoor space. The project required retaining, grading, and stair installation to manage elevation changes and improve functionality. Site clearing, excavation, cross tie retaining wall installation, cross tie stair construction, grading, drainage improvements as needed, finish grading, and landscaping.

How it turned out

The completed project created a more functional backyard by improving access, stabilizing elevation changes, and expanding usable outdoor space while maintaining a natural appearance.
