The site

The client needed to clear a densely vegetated lot near a lake for new home construction, while maintaining scenic beauty and preventing erosion. They sought professional help to enhance landscape aesthetics and prepare the site for further development. The site was densely vegetated with overgrown foliage and was located near a lake and river. The terrain included hillsides and riverbanks requiring attention for erosion control.

What we did

Land clearing to remove dense vegetation, erosion control with straw application, sod installation along the waterfront, and clearing while preserving natural landscapes.

How it turned out

The site was transformed into a clear and controlled landscape, ready for future development. Natural views along the waterfront were enhanced, and erosion control measures were successfully implemented.
