The site

Customer needed the lot cleared and prepped for a new house. Goal was to create a solid building pad and get the site ready for construction. Lot was heavily wooded and needed clearing, grading, and dirt work before building could begin.

What we did

Clearing, tree removal, grading, erosion control, house pad construction, compaction, and final site prep.

How it turned out

Finished with a clean, build-ready lot and a compacted pad ready for the next phase of construction. Customer was able to move straight into construction without additional site work or cleanup.

Materials included Gravel and fill dirt.
