This project involved demolition of existing landscape and pool features followed by grading, hardscape installation, and landscape improvements to create a modern outdoor living space.
The homeowner wanted to modernize an outdated backyard layout and improve how the property functioned for everyday use and entertaining. The project required demolition, site preparation, hardscape construction, and final landscape improvements. The property included mature overgrown landscaping, an oversized pine tree limiting usable space, and an aging pool deck that no longer fit the homeowner’s goals. Significant demolition and preparation were required before construction could begin.
